Bath towels are made from soft, absorbent fabrics (such as cotton or microfiber) that are gentle on the skin and get softer with each wash, without harsh dyes or chemicals. Hair drying caps feature ultra-absorbent, quick-drying fabric that is lightweight, breathable, and gentle on all hair types, including curly and fragile hair.
How do I care for my bath towels and hair drying caps? To ensure longevity, we recommend machine washing bath towels in cold or warm water with mild detergent, and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as these can damage the fabric and reduce absorbency. Hair drying caps can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and air-dried or tumble dried on low—do not iron or dry clean. Following these care instructions will help maintain the softness, absorbency, and shape of your products.
Are your mouthwash cups dishwasher safe? Yes, most of our mouthwash cups are dishwasher safe. They can be placed on the top rack of your dishwasher for easy cleaning, though hand washing with mild soap and water is also recommended to preserve their finish over time. Please note that a small number of decorative styles may not be dishwasher safe—this will be clearly indicated in the product description if applicable.
Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied? We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange unused, unwashed, and undamaged products (in their original packaging) within 30 days of receiving your order. Defective products (such as cracked mouthwash cups, torn towels, or faulty hair drying caps) can be returned or replaced within 7 days of receipt—please provide clear evidence of the defect. Returns or exchanges for change of mind are subject to you covering the return shipping cost, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping, and how long does it take? We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Domestic shipping (within the same country as our fulfillment center) typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping generally takes 7-14 business days for most locations, and up to 21 business days for remote regions. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Will the color of the product match what I see on my screen? We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur. This is due to differences in screen displays (such as monitor settings, phone screens, or tablets) and slight variations in manufacturing processes. These color differences are not considered product defects and do not qualify for return or exchange unless the product is significantly different from the description.
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification with a tracking number (if available for your shipping method and location). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress online, from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.
