This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases of our products, including mouthwash cups, bath towels, and hair drying caps, outlining the eligibility requirements, timelines, and procedures to ensure a smooth experience for you. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags or accessories intact. This is particularly important for our bath towels and hair drying caps, as any signs of use (such as moisture, stains, or wrinkles from use) will disqualify them from being returned or exchanged. For mouthwash cups, eligibility requires no cracks, scratches, or signs of handling that could affect their resale or reuse. Minor variations in color, size, or finish that are consistent with normal manufacturing processes do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
The return and exchange window varies based on the reason for the request. For change of mind or incorrect purchase, you must initiate the return or exchange process within 30 days of receiving your order. For defective products—such as a cracked mouthwash cup, a torn or frayed bath towel, or a hair drying cap with faulty absorbency—you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a free return, replacement, or full refund. We reserve the right to verify any claimed defects before approving a return or exchange, which may include requesting clear photos or additional details about the issue.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. However, we will cover the return shipping cost for defective products, provided the defect is verified and the return is approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases, even for defective products, unless the order was shipped incorrectly or a wrong product was sent.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first notify us of your intent, providing your order details and the reason for the request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the product back to our fulfillment center. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit—we are not responsible for damage to products that occurs while being returned to us. For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process, which are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your request within 3-5 business days. For returns, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 3-7 business days to reflect in your account. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible, and you will receive a shipping confirmation once it has been dispatched.
There are certain circumstances where returns and exchanges are not accepted, including products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer; products returned after the eligible window; personalized or custom-made items (if applicable); and products purchased during final clearance sales (unless defective). We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
